Worker, Freelancer & Artisan Agreement

This Agreement sets out the terms, standards, and obligations governing Job Seekers, Freelancers, and Independent Artisan Service Providers operating on WORQ.ng.
1. Independent Contractor Status
Service Providers and Freelancers operate as independent business contractors. Registration on WORQ does not establish an employment, joint venture, or agency relationship with WORQ GLOBAL LTD. Artisans maintain full control over their working tools, service scheduling, and accepted orders.
2. Authentic Qualifications & Workmanship Standard
Providers warrant that all submitted credentials, trade apprenticeships, and portfolio images represent authentic personal achievements. All accepted service bookings must be executed in a professional, diligent, and trade-certified manner adhering to standard Nigerian safety codes.
3. On-Platform Completion Verification
To safeguard your earnings, all service completions must be authenticated through the customer's 6-digit Completion OTP code. Payouts are credited directly to the Provider's Escrow Wallet balance upon valid OTP verification.
