Employer & Enterprise Client Terms

These Employer & Enterprise Client Terms govern all corporate entities, recruiters, hiring managers, and small business owners publishing vacancies or hiring talent through the WORQ platform.
1. Accurate Job Postings & Fair Labour Standards
Employers must provide truthful, authentic, and non-discriminatory vacancy descriptions. Job listings must clearly specify compensation expectations (in Nigerian Naira / NGN), job responsibilities, location type (On-Site, Hybrid, Remote), and minimum qualification thresholds.
2. Prohibition of Recruitment Fees & Scams
Employers are strictly prohibited from demanding application fees, interview fees, processing charges, or medical screening payments from job seekers. Any account attempting to solicit fees from candidates will be permanently terminated and reported to Nigerian law enforcement agencies.
3. Confidentiality of Candidate Data
Candidate resumes, contact details, and assessment scores made accessible to employers must be utilized solely for bona fide recruitment evaluations and must not be harvested, sold, or distributed to third-party marketing lists.
