Dual-Party Dispute Arbitration Framework
Jurisdiction: Nigeria
WORQ provides an impartial, structured arbitration console to resolve disagreements between clients and service providers swiftly, fairly, and transparently.
1. Raising an Arbitration Dispute
If a job is improperly executed, incomplete, or damaged, either party can freeze escrow funds by clicking Raise Dispute inside their booking dashboard within 48 hours of work completion.

3. Final Arbitration Outcomes
- Full Client Refund: In cases of non-performance or critical failure.
- Partial Settlement: Adjusted payout split based on percentage of acceptable work completed.
- Remediation Directive: Provider is given 48 hours to rectify defects at zero additional cost to the client.
