A WORQ Partner is a separate, formally approved status for individuals or organizations (such as recruitment agencies, corporate bodies, training institutes, or creator networks) that have an official commercial partnership arrangement with WORQ.

When a referred employer purchases a verified recruitment subscription plan, the referrer earns a configured commission (e.g. 10%). Where enabled by Admin, recurring commissions continue for qualifying plan renewals up to the configured limit.

Commissions enter a standard holding window (e.g. 72 hours) to ensure the service was completed satisfactorily and to protect against cancellations, chargebacks, or escrow disputes. Once the holding period expires, funds settle directly to your available balance.

If an underlying job is refunded or cancelled, the related referral commission is reversed. The ledger records a corresponding reversal debit, preserving complete historical auditability.

No. Self-referral is strictly prohibited. The system utilizes multi-signal risk monitoring (including IP clustering, device fingerprints, and payment identities) to block fraudulent self-referrals.
