WORQ respect the intellectual property of authors, designers, corporations, and inventors. This policy governs platform trademarks, user-generated content, and copyright infringement claims.
1. WORQ Platform Assets
The WORQ name, logo, brand design system, UI components, custom codebases, and algorithms are proprietary property of WORQ GLOBAL LTD and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
2. User Content Ownership
Users retain full ownership of resumes, logos, and portfolio artifacts uploaded to WORQ, granting WORQ a non-exclusive license to display such assets solely for recruitment and marketplace matching purposes.
